Thank you for visiting my page. As you are probably aware since you are here, I have been personally touched by the challenges of Parkinson’s disease and have been living with it for over 10 years.
What is Parkinson’s disease?
Parkinson’s disease is the second-most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's and can manifest itself in a range of both motor and non-motor symptoms. Living with Parkinson’s can be incredibly challenging for the individual as well as their family, friends and care-partners.
Currently, there is no cure for the disease which is why all contributions, no matter how big or how small, are critical to those affected by Parkinson’s. Your donation will help Parkinson Society British Columbia continue to provide valuable programs, services, advocacy efforts and research contributions.
I hope you’ll support my walk this year and help me surpass my fundraising goal. Any donation will be greatly appreciated as the search for a cure continues. Every dollar is one step closer to improving the lives of those in need.
Thank you for your support!
