I am reaching out to see if you might once again support my team, Team Mojo (Moser/Johnson) in this year’s Parkinson’s Superwalk. As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2015. The Superwalk helps fund the Parkinson’s Society of British Columbia support services, education events, advocacy efforts and research contributions.

This year I have once again decided to do a virtual hike with several friends from my hiking group. Hiking with this group has supported me both physically and emotionally over the years. We recently hiked up to the Elfin Lakes in Garibaldi park.  This hike was approximately 22 km with an elevation gain of over 800 metres – we even swam in the lake!
