With more than 15,000 British Columbians diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and the worldwide incidence expected to double by 2040, the need is greater than ever to ensure those affected by the disease are getting the care they need and deserve. 

Our Good Vibrations Team has been going strong for 11 years and our team goal is to offer our support and encouragement to each other in our Parkinson's journey; to enrich our lives and give lots of hugs and smiles to brighten our day when we feel lost and alone.

We are committed to helping Parkinson's Society of BC raise funds that will enable development of critical programs, services, advocacy efforts, and research contributions. 

As we participate in this year's Superwalk we will honor the memory of our team members who fought so valiantly to overcome the effects of this terrible neurodegenerative condition; they inspired us in so many ways to keep going at all odds.
