As you know, I spend much of my professional life working with people with Parkinson’s disease and helping them and their care partners navigate a very challenging journey.
Aidan, Asha, Caelan and I are joining in the Parkinson’s disease super walk to help raise awareness and funds for important research efforts. I hope you’ll consider supporting our walk this year and help us reach our fundraising goal.
Parkinson’s disease is the second-most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's and can manifest itself in a range of both motor and non-motor symptoms. Living with Parkinson’s can be incredibly challenging for the individual as well as their family, friends and carepartners. Currently, there is no cure.
Your donation will help Parkinson Society British Columbia continue to provide valuable programs, services, advocacy efforts and research contributions.
Every dollar is one step closer to improving the lives of those in need.
