Parkinsons Society of BC has been our personal charity for over 20 years now and we have donated close to $150,000.00.
Our amazing teams at our A&W locations raise money through our Toonie for Tulip donation campaign and through $1.00 Rootbeer Float Sales at the Vancouver Canadians/A&W Family Fun Sundays.
With their hard work and volunteering they lead by example with our motto of;
It's not what we do, It's not what we say, It's how we make people feel.
Your donation no matter how large or small makes a difference in the lives of those living with Parkinsons and helps the fight continuing to find a cure for this disease.
We will participate in the September 8th, Vancouver Superwalk and look forward to our cheque presentation of our fundraising totals this year.
Thank you for your consideration sponsoring our A&W Cruisers team and donating to kick this disease to the curb.
With over 13,000 British Columbians diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, and the worldwide incidence expected to double by 2040, the need is greater than ever to ensure those affected by the disease are getting the care they need and deserve. Our collective efforts can make a real difference, and that’s why we’ve teamed up to raise funds for Parkinson SuperWalk.
As the cause is close to our hearts, this September we’ve committed to participating in Parkinson SuperWalk, and we would really appreciate your support. Funds raised will help provide critical programs, services, advocacy efforts and research contributions.
To help us achieve our team’s fundraising goal, we ask that you please consider making a donation to one of our team members individually.
