With more than 15,000 British Columbians diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, and the worldwide incidence expected to double by 2040, the need is more significant than ever to ensure those affected by the disease get the care they need and deserve. Our collective efforts can make a real difference, and that’s why we’ve teamed up to raise funds for Parkinson SuperWalk.

I, Richard, the team captain, now 54 years old, have had Parkinson's since 2005, but am doing well because of Deep Brain Stimulation surgery. This has helped me immensely, but it's not a cure and eventually, my symptoms will start to worsen again.  That's why we are committed to participating in Parkinson SuperWalk, and we would really appreciate your support. Funds raised will help provide critical programs, services, advocacy efforts, and research contributions.

We smashed our team’s fundraising goal, but if you can still donate we ask that you please consider making a donation to one of our team members individually.
