Incentives are awarded based on individual fundraising totals. Please note that the incentives structure has changed for 2020.
Raise $1,000-$2,499: Choose between a $50 gift card to Roots or Save On Foods.
Raise $2,500-$4,999: Choose between a $50 gift card to Roots or Save On Foods PLUS you will be entered into a draw to "walk with your friends" and receive two pairs of Activator poles and carrying bags, which have been kindly donated by Urban Poling Inc.!
Raise $5,000 or more: Choose between a $50 gift card to Roots or Save On Foods PLUS you will be entered into a draw to "talk with your friends" with an iPhone 11 (black and 128 GB)! The iPhone was generously donated by TELUS.
Please note that there is a cost for Parkinson Society British Columbia to provide Roots and Save-On-Foods gift card incentives to walkers. There is an option to opt-out of this incentive upon registration, and the money saved will be invested to help British Columbians living with Parkinson's.
In order to qualify for incentive prizes, walkers are required to submit their Parkinson SuperWalk donation(s) by September 30, 2020. Donations will still be accepted after this date, but they will not tally towards incentive prize totals. Walkers will receive incentive prizes on or before December 31, 2020.
